Yes, all of our diamonds are IGI certified lab grown diamonds and come with IGI certification certificates.
Do you allow returns & Exchanges
Due to the bespoke nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We are committed to ensuring that you love your purchase and encourage you to contact us directly for help if you experience any issue with your purchase. If you have any questions about a piece before purchasing, please contact us at hello@bycharisdiamonds.com and we would be happy to provide guidance to ensure your selection is perfect.
When will I get my order?
Our pieces are made to order and may take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery. Tracking will be sent to you at the email address provided at checkout once the order ships.
Our items are shipped with express shipping, insurance and require a signature to ensure a safe delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
All Canadian & US orders ship free!
Are duties and taxes included?
Duties and taxes owed will be calculated and added to your total during checkout.
What color and clarity are your lab grown diamonds?
All of our lab grown diamonds are guaranteed to be at least D color and at least VS2 clarity.
